Essential Degree: A full-time Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech.) in one of the seven specified disciplines.
Minimum Marks:
65% marks (average of all semesters) for General/OBC (NCL)/EWS candidates.
55% marks for SC/ST/PwBD/Departmental candidates.
Note for Computer Discipline: A 3-year Masters’ Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) with the prescribed percentage is also eligible.
Upper Age Limit: 28 years as of the closing date (05.12.2025).
Age Relaxation: Applicable as per Government of India rules:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PwBD (General): 10 years
Departmental Candidates: 45 years
During Training (One Year): Management Trainee (Technical) in the pay scale of ₹50,000-1,60,000/- with a Basic Pay of ₹50,000/- per month.
After Training: Assistant Manager in the E1 Grade with a pay scale of ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000/-.
The CTC of ₹16-17 Lakhs per annum includes various benefits in addition to Basic Pay, such as:
Dearness Allowance (DA)

Provident Fund (PF) and Gratuity
Housing or House Rent Allowance (HRA)
Free medical facility for self and dependents
The selection is a three-tiered process, with a final merit list drawn from the combined scores:
Total Marks: 200 marks.
Duration: 120 minutes (2 hours).
Structure:
Part 1: Domain Knowledge Test (100 marks, 40 minutes) - Discipline-specific questions.
Part 2: Aptitude Test (100 marks, 80 minutes) - Covers Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, Reasoning, and General Awareness (25 marks each).
Qualifying Criteria: Candidates must score the minimum required percentile (50 for UR/EWS, 40 for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) in each part to be shortlisted for the next stage.
Candidates are shortlisted in a 1:3 ratio (vacancies: candidates) from the CBT merit list for GD and Interview.
The final merit list is prepared based on the following weightage:
