The position offers an attractive package, placing selected candidates in the E-II Grade.
Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000.
The starting Basic Pay is ₹40,000.
A 3% increment on basic pay is received every year.
Total Remuneration (CTC): Approximately ₹13 Lakhs per annum.

The syllabus for the BEL Probationary Engineer Computer Based Test (CBT) is divided into two parts: a Technical Section covering your specific engineering discipline and a General Aptitude Section. The CBT is the first stage of the selection process and carries 85 marks out of a total of 100 in the final merit list (85 marks for CBT + 15 marks for Interview).
