4. Salary and Benefits (E-II Grade)

The position offers an attractive package, placing selected candidates in the E-II Grade.

  • Pay Scale: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000.

    • The starting Basic Pay is ₹40,000.

    • A 3% increment on basic pay is received every year.

  • Total Remuneration (CTC): Approximately ₹13 Lakhs per annum.

  • Benefits and Allowances (Included in CTC):

    • Dearness Allowance (DA): Revised quarterly to offset inflation.

A. Tier 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)

  • Duration: 120 minutes (2 hours).

    • Part 2 (General Aptitude): 25 questions testing analytical and reasoning abilities.

  • Negative Marking: Yes. 1/4th mark (0.25) will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

  • Language: The paper will be available in both English and Hindi.

B. Tier 2: Interview

  • Candidates who clear the CBT will be shortlisted for the interview in a 1:5 ratio (5 candidates for every 1 vacancy).
