Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

For Junior Engineer (JE):

Three-year Diploma in relevant engineering fields (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation & Control, etc.) from recognized Institution/University, OR

B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant engineering disciplines

For Depot Material Superintendent (DMS):

Three-year Diploma in any stream of Engineering from recognized Institution/University
For Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant (CMA):

Bachelor's Degree in Science (B.Sc) with Physics and Chemistry
Minimum 45% marks required

Experience

No prior work experience required - Excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and diploma holders

Age Limit (as on 1st January 2026)

Minimum Age: 18 years

Maximum Age: 33 years

Age Relaxation (As per Government Rules)

SC/ST: 5 years

OBC: 3 years

PwBD (Persons with Benchmark Disabilities): 10 years

Nationality Requirements

Candidates must be:

Salary & Benefits

Pay Structure (7th CPC)

Pay Level: Level-6

Starting Basic Pay: ₹35,400 per month

Allowances & Benefits

Dearness Allowance (DA): Currently around 50% of basic pay (revised twice yearly)

House Rent Allowance (HRA): Up to 27% of basic pay for Class X cities (major metros)

Transport Allowance (TA): Fixed monthly allowance for travel expenses

Selection Process

Stage 1: First Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-1)

Stage 2: Second Stage Computer Based Test (CBT-2)
