III. Eligibility Criteria in Detail 🎓

A. Educational Qualification (Mandatory for all Posts):

  • Candidates must have successfully passed Matriculation (10th Class) or an equivalent qualification from a recognized board.

B. Age Limits & Relaxation:

  • Motor Transport Driver & MTS (Peon, Daftry, Packer): Age must be between 18 to 27 years.

  • Lascar Ist Class: Age must be between 18 to 30 years.

  • Age Relaxation:

    • Applicable for Government Servants as per Central Government rules.

    • OBC candidates applying for the Lascar Ist Class post are eligible for a 3-year relaxation in the upper age limit.

V. Selection Process 📝

The selection involves three mandatory stages:

Stage 1: Scrutiny of Applications & Document Verification (DV)

  • All received applications are checked for completeness and fulfillment of minimum eligibility criteria.

  • Shortlisted candidates will be issued Admit Cards.

  • Candidates must present all original documents along with self-attested photocopies for verification.

Stage 2: Written Examination (For All Shortlisted Candidates)

  • Mode: Pen-and-paper based.

  • Duration: 1 Hour (60 minutes).

  • Questions: 80 Objective Type Questions (MCQs).

  • Marking: 1 mark for each correct answer. NO negative marking.

  • Subjects Covered:

    • General English

    • General Knowledge

    • Simple Mathematics

    • Questions relevant to the specific trade/post.

  • Final Merit List will be prepared solely based on the marks obtained in this Written Examination.

Stage 3: Skill/Trade Test (Qualifying in Nature)

  • Only candidates who qualify in the Written Examination are called for this stage.

  • This test is specific to the post (e.g., a driving test for Motor Transport Driver, or a relevant practical test for Lascar/MTS).

  • It is Qualifying in Nature, meaning a candidate must pass it, but the marks obtained will not be added to the final merit list.


VI. Step-by-Step Application Guide (Offline Mode) 📬

A. Documents to Prepare (Self-Attested Photocopies):

  1. Proof of Date of Birth (10th Certificate/Birth Certificate).

  2. Matriculation (10th) Marksheet and Certificate.

  3. Experience Certificate for the relevant post.

  4. Valid Driving License (for MTD post).

  5. Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, etc.).

  6. Category Certificate (OBC/EWS), if applicable, in the prescribed Central Govt. format.

  7. No Objection Certificate (NOC), if currently employed in a government service.

  8. Two recent passport-size color photographs.

B. Application Steps:

  1. Download and Print the official Application Form (Annexure-I) from the official notification.

  2. Fill the Form completely and neatly in English or Hindi using block letters.

  3. Affix one recent self-attested color photograph in the designated space.

  4. Attach self-attested photocopies of all the necessary documents listed above.

  5. Mandatory Enclosure: Include a separate, blank self-addressed envelope with a ₹50 postal stamp affixed to it.

  6. Addressing the Main Envelope: Write clearly and in bold letters on the top of the main envelope:

    “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [Your Post Name]” and mention your Category (UR/EWS/OBC).

  7. Submission: Send the complete application package ONLY by Ordinary Post to the following address:
