3. Eligibility Criteria

A. Educational Qualification

  • LDC & Stenographer Gde-II: Must have passed 12th class or equivalent.

    • LDC Specific: Typing speed of 35 wpm in English or 30 wpm in Hindi on a computer.

    • Stenographer Specific: Dictation (10 mins @ 80 wpm) and Transcription on computer.

  • Laboratory Assistant: Graduate degree in Science with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) OR a Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering.

  • Civilian Motor Driver (OG): Must have passed Matriculation (10th), possess a civilian driving license for heavy vehicles, and have 2 years of experience.

  • Bootmaker Equipment Repairer & Barber: Must have passed Matriculation (10th).

    • Bootmaker Specific: Should be able to carry out all canvas, textile, and leather repairs.

    • Barber Specific: Proficiency in the barber’s trade.

  • Multitasking Staff (MTS) & Tradesmen Mate: Must have passed Matriculation (10th) or equivalent.

B. Age Limit

5. Selection Process

The process is multi-staged and involves shortlisting, a written examination, and a qualifying skill/trade test.

Step 1: Shortlisting of Applications

  • Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks obtained in the essential educational qualification (10th or 12th).

  • Only shortlisted candidates will be issued Admit Cards for the Written Test.

Step 2: Tier 1 - Written Examination (OMR Based)

  • Type: Objective-type, OMR-based.

  • Total Marks/Duration: 150 Marks / 2 Hours.

  • Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.

  • Exam Pattern Variation:

Step 3: Tier 2 - Skill / Trade Test (Qualifying)

6. Offline Application Procedure

The entire application process is strictly offline via Ordinary Post.

  2. Filling and Attestation:

    • Fill the form neatly.

    • Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents (Education, Caste, DOB/10th cert, Experience, etc.).

    • Affix and self-attest two recent passport-size photographs (one on the Application Form and one on the Admit Card form).

  3. Envelope Preparation:
