10+2 Requirement: Must have passed the 10+2 examination or its equivalent.
PCM Marks: Minimum aggregate of 60% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognized education board.
JEE (Mains) Requirement: The candidate must have appeared in JEE (Mains) 2025.
Age Range: Must be between 16 years 6 months and 19 years 6 months of age.
Date of Birth Range: Must not be born before 2nd January 2007 and not after 1st January 2010 (both days inclusive).
Candidates must meet the medical standards and procedures for officer entry into the army as detailed on the official website.
Stipend Amount (at IMA): Fixed stipend of ₹56,100 per month.
Pay Level: Placed in Level 10 of the pay matrix.
Salary Range: ₹56,100 to ₹1,77,500 per month.
Cost to Company (CTC): Approximately ₹17-18 lakh per annum for a newly commissioned Lieutenant.
Allowances: Dearness Allowance (DA), Kit Maintenance Allowance, and allowances based on the risk and hardship of the posting location.

The selection is a multi-stage process:
Basis: Applications will be shortlisted based on the JEE Mains Common Rank List (CRL).
Cut-off: A cut-off will be decided by the Integrated HQ of MoD (Army).
Duration: Five-day SSB interview.
Selection Centers: Prayagraj, Bhopal, Bengaluru, or Jalandhar.
SSB Breakdown:
Stage I: Officer Intelligence Rating (OIR) tests and Picture Perception & Description Test (PP&DT).
Stage II: Psychological tests, Group Testing Officer (GTO) tasks, and a personal interview.
Action: Candidates recommended after Stage II of the SSB will undergo a medical examination.
Location: Nearest Military Hospital (MH).
