The applicant must have a Graduate degree in any discipline (Regular or Distance Learning) from a University, Institution, or Board recognized by the Government of India or a Government Regulatory Body.

The position offers a fixed-term consolidated pay:
Monthly Pay: A lump sum amount of $\text{Rs. 30,000/-}$ per month.
This amount is inclusive of statutory deductions and contributions as applicable to GDSs engaged as Executives.
Deductions: Tax deductions will be made as per the IT Act (Income Tax Act).
Increments/Incentives: An annual increment of the lump-sum pay and incentives based on performance in business acquisition/sales activities will be decided by the Competent Authority.
Note: No other pay, allowances, or bonus shall be paid except those mentioned above.
