1. Parliament Passes "Online Gaming Bill, 2025": The Indian Parliament passed the "Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, 2025," which aims to regulate the online gaming industry. 2. India and Eurasian Economic Union to Negotiate Free Trade Agreement: India and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) signed the Terms of Reference (ToR) to begin negotiations for a Free Trade Agreement (FTA). Piprahwa Relics to be Returned to Original Site: The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh announced that the Piprahwa relics, which were repatriated to India after 127 years, will be returned to their original site in Piprahwa, Uttar Pradesh. The government plans to develop a theme park around the site to showcase the relics and the early life of Buddha.

5. Sundarbans Tiger Reserve Expands: The Sundarbans Tiger Reserve in West Bengal has been expanded by 1,044.68 sq km, making it India's second-largest tiger reserve. The expansion was approved by the National Board for Wildlife and is considered a crucial step for tiger conservation, as it will help connect habitats, allow for tiger movement, and promote gene flow.
