The posts fall under two pay levels, offering a strong financial foundation:
Pay Level 2: Initial Basic Pay of โน19,900 (Salary Range: โน19,900 to โน63,200/month).
Pay Level 4: Initial Basic Pay of โน25,500 (Salary Range: โน25,500 to โน81,100/month).
In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will receive Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other benefits like the National Pension System (NPS) and medical facilities.

The selection process is a Two-Tier System, prioritizing both driving skill and theoretical knowledge.
Tier 1 - Driving Test: This is a qualifying stage. Only candidates who successfully pass the practical driving test will be eligible to appear for the written examination.
Tier 2 - Computer Based Test (Written Exam): The final merit list will be prepared solely based on the marks obtained in this objective-type written exam.
Type: Objective Type, Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
Medium: English only.
Negative Marking: Yes, 0.25 marks (one-fourth of the assigned marks) will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
