1. Educational Qualification (Mandatory for All Posts)

  • Basic: A Graduation degree in any discipline.

  • Professional/Post-Graduation (One of the following is mandatory):

    • A Post Graduate Degree/Diploma with a specialization in Finance. OR

    • A professional qualification like CA/CMA/CS/CFA.

2. Work Experience (Minimum Requirements)

Senior Manager C & IC – Relationship Manager (MMG/S-III)6 years of experience with at least 2 years of exposure in Sales/Relationship Management in Corporate Credit.
Chief Manager C&IC – Relationship Manager (SMG/S-IV)8 years of work experience with at least 4 years of exposure in Sales/Relationship Management in Corporate Credit.

3. Age Limit (as of 01.10.2025)

  • Manager – Credit Analyst: 25 to 30 years

  • Senior Manager (Credit Analyst & Relationship Manager): 28 to 35 years

  • Chief Manager (Credit Analyst & Relationship Manager): 32 to 42 years

The selection process is designed to be comprehensive and includes two main tiers:

Tier 1: Online Test

  • The first stage is a compulsory Online Examination.

  • Total Questions/Marks: 150 Questions for a total of 225 Marks.

  • Section Weighting:

    • Professional Knowledge: 75 Questions, 150 Marks (Highly weighted).

    • Reasoning: 25 Questions, 25 Marks
